  • We give our customers the option of being billed weekly , bi-weekly, or monthly.

  • Also giving our customers the choice of having lawn maintenance provided every 7 days, 10 days, or 14 days.

  • We service Commercial and Residential clients in Lafayette, Broussard, Youngsville, Carencro, Duson, Milton and Coteau so we are always around.

  • We give discounts such as neighbors special ( if you and your neighbors collaborate to get us to cut you and your neighbor(s) property, all involved will receive a significantly lower price ), as well as a free cut if you refer us to a friend that we start performing routine lawn service for.

  • We also offer provide a discount if a yearly service agreement is decided upon. NO CONTRACTS are ever required, unless preferred by a company for me to do so. T's Basic Package :

  • Precise Grass Cutting

  • Trimming around any trees, flowerbeds, fences and other obstacles

  • Edging along all cemented areas

  • Blowing of any grass particles and debris left behind

T's Upgraded Package :

  • Everything that is included with T's Basic Package as well as:

  • Monthly hedge trimming

  • Gutter Cleaning when needed

  • Routine flowerbed maintenance ( weeding and removal of dead flora)

  • Poison Spraying if requested

T's Specialty Package:

  • Everything that is included in T's Upgraded Package as well as:

  • Seasonal color planting for the spring and the fall

  • Installation of mulch for spring and fall to liven up your flowerbed
